Appendicitis?

My 11 years old daughter have been have problems with her abdominal nouns. For the last 3 months she have had strep similar to symptoms with abdominal headache. The las two times she has gotten better when put on amoxicilin. This time however within is no strep, no fever, no cough. Pain is what she say is a 7. Had her tested for strep to see if it may have spread into kidneys, distrustful. She is old plenty to start her cycle however her tummy is a bit swollen and can barely touch it. Could she be getting set to start or is it possible her appendix is flared? Hurts for her to stand or sit for long periods of time. have she been see by a doctor..??..swollen belly, shouldnt be noticeable even next to starting period..cause her an appointment with a doctor who will examine her and not only write a prescription.
Check her temperature if it is raise in the slightest contact your doctor at once appenicitis can be slightly difficult to diagnose sometimes. but do not take any probability.I do hope she will be better soon. Kind regards
