Are within benefits for wearing a bra to sleep?

I have a big boobs and I figure by wearing a bra day contained by and day out I'm helping within the anti-gravity dept.
My mum thinks i'm self silly. she thinks its impede my breathing...but we all know significant boobs tend to go south through aging. Are my hard work in vain or is it beneficial(but a bit uncomfortable) ? After a unbroken day within a bra, your boobs too need a rest. Sleeping near a bra will not reduce the likelihood of your boobs sagging. If your boobs ever do wilt, wear a wonderbra and show off your big boobs.
