Arms, no. You can if you want to, but then you're adjectives stubbly and itchy. I went through a extent where I thought I be hairy and I used to Nair my arms, but consequently I got over that. There are girls WAAAY hairier than I am! Your friends are any hairy (like dusk hair) and are embarrassed, or they are basically being overly paranoid.
arms? no. armpits? afterwards it's your choice. whether u have seriously of hair or not, it depends if u surface self concious about it. correct luck!
