Appendix?

My mother had an operation on her appendix awhile ago & presently she's worried that something may be wrong with mine.
I hold a elevated temp its 99.3
it hurts if you press down on my right side but i get shooting distress on my left.
sometimes the distress is in my lower abdomonal agony and when that happens it get so bad sometimes that i cant even move tolerate alone walk.
& im intensely nauseated, if i eat anything i be aware of like i might vomite it & same go with marine.
