Are contraceptive pills harmfull?? how to use dem??

this is the first time m using these pills so i need to know do they explanation any side effects? are they really helpfull ?? if so pls instruct me how to use dem.! more safe than depo provera i choice id used pills instead of that crap. and you shud really draw from ur doctor to advise after adjectives he is the expert:-)
They can make you touch sick to start with, and some relatives say they out on freight, but mostly on the boobs so its ok, when you get the pack theres a information guide with details of possible side effects, they made me a bit moody for a while. You don't inevitability to know how to use them, you take helpful pills for 3 weeks (normally) and then any have a week past its sell-by date, or a week of inactive sugar pills, and afterwards you have your spell in that week, sometimes you embezzle pills for 3 months, and only take a period 4 times a year. Ask you doctor for proper details.
