Bad Childbirth Experience within Atlanta?

Did you have, or do you know anyone who have had a cynical childbirth experience? What city and state was it contained by, and what hospital? What made it negative? Was the Dr or the nativity room nurses at any fault near your bad experience? I have a bad experience contained by Carbondale, IL. It was not the hospital or the staff but the doctor. The doctor be so caring contained by the office but once he get to the delivery room he be a butcher. It felt resembling he used rusty scissors for my episiotomy. My husband had to be escorted from the transfer room because he lunged at the doctor when he saw how he was doing the procedure.
