Arrghh, my crotch and belly!?

why does the left side of "below the belt" somtimes hurt. Right very soon it comes and goes as a slight spasm like on the departed side, you know, The external fold part. Sometimes i enjoy slight pain or pulsing slight throbbing on the left side , close at hand the belly button as well. What r these pains?? I also contemplate i am having a hormonal disparity for a really long times bcuz i have excessive fuzz growth on body, that no one know about. HELP!! wHAT COULD ALL THIS BE?? You should see a doctor.
