I am looking for natural ways not to gain bulk during my period, any suggestions? sorry dear but u ask close to sth that u want to bring the world up side down...it's impossiple but can do 1-2 things to make them better drink at most minuscule 1 week earlier 10-12 chalice of mineral water...also drink green tea short sugar or honey and stop eating brackish
if you want a healthy bearing just move about on a low-carb diet. stay away from bread,rice, ect wit carbohydrates. hmm try eating eggs or cereal to replace a few meal and drink more water. dampen fills you up. what you deeply need is low carb stuff and do distracting stuff to gain your mind off food. try addictinggames.com or stir play outside. well honourable luck :]
