I'm going to be honest with you around my last experience!! I go once about 2 years ago and it be just for a time uncomfortable but when I go 2 weeks ago god did it hurt!!
Anyway pain or not its really essential!! It took years to get me to progress to the first one, then they said they didnt own enough cell and wanted me back- I be too embarrased to go vertebrae and its taken 2 years to get me vertebrae!! I just hope this time they get all the cell I needed!!
