Antiobiotics and birth control! uh oh!?

my doctor did not tell me that antibiotics interfered next to birth control.
and i had unprotected sex the daytime i started the antiobiotics.
so i only have one dosage before i have sex.
do you think that would interfere?
i very soon know to use backup protection, but i am getting awfully worried.
how often does it interfere next to birth control?
