Anxiety and breast strain?

Can anxiety cause breast spasm? Like sharp shotting pain/ needles, thats what it feels resembling, please help... Anxiety can explanation all kind of psychosomatic illnesses but it's always virtuous to get checked-out, to rule out it's zilch serious. I would try to find out why you have anxiety within the first place, it wouldn't hurt to talk to a counselor something like your feelings. :)
Yes it does, apparently it can be aware of like a heart attack and the sufferer can believe this is what is happening to them cause the anxiety to heighten. See your doctor for help you don't hold to suffer.
