Right before I hold my period I attain all these different cravings. I know this is mundane, but I get some really strange ones. For instance, latley i've been craving cheese and onions. Any suggestions on wholesome things that I can eat but to fill my cravings? Chocolate and salt are the biggest cravings. smooties beside fruit you can put in it. or get something with cheese and crackers, if your craving cheese.
It's pizza for me... some times I can return with passed them.. other times, gotta have the pizza. I hold tried to substitute other things, but have found you newly end up intake more because you are never satisfied, you are better sour just getting what you want. Just within moderation.
