Anyone know the answer?Women please answer??

I have a torment in my moved out breast, but its not just within its under may arm, hurts to breathe hurts the cough etc beneath my breast it hurts, when i cough or deep breathe it go right through my breast i hardly slept ultimate night my partner said i kept him awake to becasue everytime i moved i be shouting out "ow" in my sleep, ive checked for any lumps, ive not bang it at all freshly came on end night any thinking? Im on my period if that make a difference but have never have breast pain on my length before and its not totally breast individual, i dont wanna got to the doctor lately yet want to see if anyone have a clue and see if it goes away. Well could be you strained your muscles around your upper rib coop from coughing during illness or you own developed what's known as fibrocystic breast- significance you get small fluid bursting or solid cysts in your breasts during your interval. It would'nt hurt to see a doctor just to check and see what's going on.
i know that you don't want to progress to the dr. but you should, go asap.
