Anyone know how/if birth control pills effect impulsive pregnancies/babies??

I might be pregnant cos i've been have symptoms such as headaches/dizzyness and today i've had a really pale period/heavy discharge which is a mixture of brown and red. I've been on the pill for 7 months and i never gain or have have spotting or an early/late period and it's 5 days previously i'm due on :S i had unprotected sex 5 days back ovulation (we forgot i was on antibiotics but he didn't c*m)!
I have need of to skip my period this month (lonnng story) but is the pill really risky for new pregnancies assuming i will enjoy a test on my due daytime and a couple afterwards and if it's a positive i will stop immediately! yes
