Any devout home remedies for UTI's?

I know you can drink cranberry juice, but is in that anything else? I only drink marine, I don't drink any tea, soft drinks, etc. I prefer NOT to take antibiotics for masses reasons, so I would solitary like to bring them as a last resort. Any input/ideas? Sure, there's tons. Go to Wild Oats or another inherent store and check in the herbal screened-off area. Goldenseal root (tea, 1 tsp herb to 1 cup water) or ulva ursi (tea, 2 tsp to 1 cup water) are helpful. Drink plenty of wet, and if you're drinking cranberry juice, don't bring back the sweetened kind.
As other, prevention is the best cure, so urinate after intercourse and take prophylactic cranberry pills day by day. Try taking a calcium citrate/magnesium citrate vitamin daily too.
And, obv., if it doesn't draw from any better, go see a doctor, k?
The best so far is cranberry liquid or cranberry caplets (which really look like horse pills). However, these more comfort "prevent" a UTI rather afterwards treat it. Try staying away from caffeinated or carbonated beverages, which can irritate the bladder.

And butterfly... 3 comments below me, if you are a "medical assistant", how come you can't spell?
Buy some AZO; it gives you stopgap relief and I dream up the ingredients are mostly natural. Can be found at any store, including Wal*mart, Target, and most drug stores.
