exams are 2 weeks away and they are provincials so I'm panicking!-- also how to restful down before the exam. I'm going for a run already an hour in the past to release endorfins, any other tips? The answer is duplicatable stimuli. I read a long time ago of a study performed on college students. They started out beside two groups; one studied in a room flooded next to the smell of chocolate, the other did not. At test time, the two groups be halved and partially of each group tested surrounded by a room flooded with the smell of chocolate, while the others did not.
The group that studied and tested surrounded by the chocolate room did much better than the others; the group that studied and tested without any smell did second best; the other two groups did around equally as well.
Personally, I close to to study with frozen candy, such as Creme Savers, then enjoy one in my mouth while trialling. Not sure if it improves my ranking, but it makes me more confident that I will call in the answers.
The best thing to do is relax. If you stress out and keep under surveillance the clock, you will choke up. If you can convince yourself that you will do well, you will grain more relaxed.
As for focus, study without TV or phone neighbouring, study with a partner and discuss concepts that are not pretty clear, use mnemonics to trigger recall, and grasp plenty of sleep. You must remember that if you think you will founder, you have former already.
Use Prozac capsules.
