Anybody know what's wrong near me?

I've been sleeping every afternoon for like... 15 hours or so. ive be having stomach ache. i been throwing up and my tummy hurts like h3ll! and this liquid stuff randomly begin coming out of my vagina (too much info i know im sorry!) pregnant? see a doctor
